Best Western Plus Vauxhall Hotel London

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for the holiday season. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The key location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. we enjoyed the convenient amenities provided, such as the in-room heating and the complimentary breakfast.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from our overall experience. the check-in process could have been smoother as the receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and not as attentive as we would have liked.

Great value, close to tube station, comfortable and clean room, modern vibe, helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to central London. Spacious and newly refurbished room with free upgrade. Super friendly and cool staff. Good location, quiet yet near central street.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It is also convenient for those visiting the US embassy, as it is close by. public transport is easily accessible, allowing for easy access to the city center.

The parking fee is quite high, especially considering it is not even on the hotel grounds.

My room at Best Western Plus was cozy. Even without windows, it had a comfortable ambiance. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, adding to my pleasant stay. the friendly man at reception were very good too assist me with a scanner, free of charge and with a big smile. He brightened up my day. I would definitely return to this hotel for its cute atmosphere and helpful staff.

Close to all transport facilities, excellent cleanliness, helpful staff.

Nothing not too like.

The room was small but cosy, with modern decor. Fast check-in and friendly staff. Compact design for a cosy feel. Free upgrade offered to a slightly bigger room. Handy phone for free local calls. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good location for the Oval cricket ground.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is great for London sight-seeing and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plus, it's perfectly located near the US embassy. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry. The room amenities exceeded our expectations with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, soundproofed rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities which included Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a bar/lounge area.
